All plans are billed as a fixed monthly subscription via Stripe. There are no variable egress charges, setup fees, or hidden invoice surprises.
What payment methods are supported?
We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and Stripe Link through our Canadian Stripe account. We serve businesses and developers in the US, UK, Canada, Australia, NZ, and Europe.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my tier later?
Yes. You can submit a change request directly inside your customer dashboard at /dashboard/change-plan. Our engineering team reviews the request, coordinates migration timing, and adjusts your subscription.
What if I need custom hardware configurations?
If your deployment requires dedicated multi-node clusters or custom networking arrangements, submit a support ticket in your dashboard or contact our engineering team.
